Action to quiet title to certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury, where the defendants filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Moraghan, J.; judgment in favor of the plaintiffs in part, from which the plaintiffs appealed and the defendants cross appealed to this court. Affirmed.
