On March 24, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating he was waiting for petitioners Adnan and Marlene Daher to execute a stipulated decision document and return it to him for filing with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 5, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status.
