Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Holly A. Adams, Esq., dated October 25, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit its briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 24, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
