The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Eight, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for writ of mandate and to issue an order to show cause directing respondent court to show cause why relief should not be granted on petitioner's claim that the juvenile court's finding of a prima facie case is no longer valid following Senate Bill No. 1437's amendments to Penal Code sections 188 and 189. The stay of proceedings in People v. Darryon W., Los Angeles County Superior Court No. NA105083, previously issued by this court, is to remain in effect pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
