D. A. D., Appellant v. Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF LLANO COUNTY, 33RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. 19017, HONORABLE CHARLES R. RAMSAY, JUDGE PRESIDINGMEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant D.A.D., who is represented by retained counsel, filed a notice of appeal on February 18, 2016. On March 1, 2016, the Clerk of this Court sent a letter notifying appellant that the clerk's record and reporter's record were overdue and requesting that appellant make payment arrangements for the clerk's record and reporter's record and submit a status report regarding this appeal. The overdue-record notice also informed appellant that failure to make payment arrangements or respond to the Court's notice by March 11, 2016, could subject this appeal to dismissal for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not responded to the notice and neither the clerk's record nor the reporter's record in this cause have been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
