ORDER


On September 3, 2003, Paul Czernicki ("Czernicki") moved by letter that Judge Koeltl, who presides over the instant case, order unsealed the plea and sentencing minutes of Viktor Shpak ("Shpak") and Aron Kuperman ("Kuperman"), two defendants who were before us in United States v. Shpak, 99 Cr. 522. On September 6, 2002, Judge Koeltl referred that motion to us. Upon further consideration, we have decided that this motion should indeed be decided by Judge Koeltl. Accordingly, we hereby ORDER that motion referred back to Judge Koeltl.

SO ORDERED.
