BRANDON AND NICOLE CZEGLEDI, Appellants v. JEFFREY MORRISSEY, Appellee
On Appeal from the 471st Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 471-01613-2021
ORDER
KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE
The clerk's record has not been filed because appellants have not paid for its preparation. On October 7, 2024, we directed appellants to file written verification they had paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record or are entitled to proceed without payment of costs. In response, appellants have filed a motion informing the Court they are preparing a statement of inability to afford payment of court costs, see Tex. R. Civ. P. 145, and requesting a thirty-day extension of time to file the statement and "obtain written certification from the Collin County District Clerk regarding the same."
We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we ORDER Collin County District Clerk Michael Gould to file either the clerk's record or written verification that appellants are not entitled to proceed without payment of costs no later than December 3, 2024. See id.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Gould and the parties.
