This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. On March 7, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. On March 31, 2022, petitioners informed the Court that they have no objection to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 7, 2022, is granted and this case is hereby stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a status report (preferably a joint report) detailing the then-present status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
