MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices Francis and Lang-Miers
Opinion By Chief Justice Wright
By letter dated February 15, 2012 we notified appellant the $175 filing fee was due and directed appellant to pay the filing fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to file the fee would result in the dismissal of the appeal. Further, by letter dated March 22, 2012, the Court notified appellant the Dallas County Clerk had informed us that the clerk's record had been prepared but appellant had not paid for the record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, either verification she had paid for the clerk's record or that she was entitled to proceed without payment for the record. We again cautioned appellant that failure to provide such verification might result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, provided verification the clerk's record has been paid for or that she is entitled to proceed without payment, or otherwise communicated with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b),(c).
