DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to prohibit Columbia County Court from enforcing order appointing special prosecutor and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that enforcement of so much of the amended supplemental decision and order of Columbia County Court dated November 27, 2019 as appointed a special district attorney is enjoined pending determination of the proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that the petitioner's brief and record on review shall be filed and served on or before March 9, 2020.
