DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to intervene and/or for additional relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that Nicholas Fox is granted permission to intervene as respondent in this proceeding, and it is further

ORDERED that respondent Fox shall file six additional copies of his verified answer and shall file one original and six copies of his brief and serve one copy of his brief upon the other parties in this proceeding by August 13, 2012.
