Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Tamborra, J.; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the matter was referred to Alan E. Steele, family support magistrate, who, in response to the defendant's motion for contempt, ordered an accounting be performed by the state, which monitored and collected child support payments made by the plaintiff; subsequently, the court, Kaplan, J., ordered another accounting by the state and, pursuant to that accounting, ordered, inter alia, that the state refund to the defendant certain child support payments to which she was entitled, and the state appealed. Affirmed.
