Upon due consideration and for the reasons set forth in respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to the Notice of Final Determination for Disallowance of Interest Abatement Claim, filed September 28, 2022, is granted in that so much of the case as purports to concern a Notice of Final Determination for Disallowance of Interest Abatement Claim is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken.
