Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Marybeth D. Barnet, Esq., dated December 2, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the child shall perfect her appeal on or before March 20, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
