ORDER WITHDRAWING MEDIATION ORDER

Appellants have notified this Court that the parties have unsuccessfully mediated and ask that we reinstate the appeal and set appellees' briefing deadline. We interpret appellants' correspondence as a motion to reinstate. Appellees have not responded to the motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.3(a). We grant the motion, withdraw our Mediation Order dated August 15, 2024, and reinstate the appeal. Appellees' brief is due within 30 days of the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6.
