On September 12, 2022, petitioner filed the petition in this case. On October 5, 2022, the Court directed petitioners to file an amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. On October 28, 2022, petitioners paid the filing fee.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition is extended to March 27, 2023. If the Amended Petition is not received by March 27, 2023, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
