Order consolidating an action brought in the City Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, by Samuel Cohn, the defendant herein, with an action brought in the Supreme Court, Richmond County, by Frank Cusato, plaintiff herein, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
