Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on March 8, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Patricia J. Curto sworn to February 13, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the fifth ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 20, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 6, 2012, and inserting in its place the date May 7, 2012.
