Appeal from a decision of the Probate Court for the district of New Haven, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Reynolds, J., granted the defendant's motion to dismiss and rendered judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
