ORDER

Veronica Rivas-Molloy, Judge.

Appellant Gregory Dean Curtis, proceeding pro se, filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's Final Judgment and Order of Possession, signed on November 14, 2023. On January 17, 2024, the clerk's record was filed containing Appellant's Statement of Inability, which was filed in the county court on September 15, 2023. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(a), (b), (d). And the record filed in this Court does not reflect that any motion to require Appellant to pay costs or any contest to Appellant's declaration was filed. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(f). The Clerk of this Court is thus directed to make an entry in this Court's records that Appellant Gregory Dean Curtis is allowed to proceed on appeal without payment of costs. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(a); TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1.

On January 17, 2024, the Clerk of this Court sent Appellant a notice, informing him that the reporter's record is past due. The court reporter's Information Sheet indicates that Appellant has not paid for the reporter's record. Appellant shall submit a request to the court reporter to prepare the record, with the fee waived, within 7 days of the date of this order. The court reporter shall file the record within 30 days of the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
