CHRISTOPHER C. CURTIS, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of CHARLES C. CURTIS, Plaintiff, v. ABB, INC., (individually and as successor-in-interest to ITE IMPERIAL CO. f/k/a ITE CIRCUIT BREAKER COMPANY); et al., Defendants.


JUDGMENT

Pursuant to the Court's February 8, 2016 Minute Order granting summary judgment to defendants ABB, Inc., Eaton Corporation, and Schneider Electric USA, Inc. (collectively "Defendants"), which fully disposes of the claims in this action brought by plaintiff Christopher C. Curtis, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles C. Curtis ("Plaintiff"),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants shall have judgment in their favor against Plaintiff.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants are dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff take nothing from Defendants and that Defendants shall have their costs of suit.
