DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 31, 2012, and an order of the same court dated October 5, 2012, for failure to serve a complete copy of the record on appeal, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is denied on condition that on or before July 18, 2013, the appellant serve the respondent's attorney with a complete copy of the record on appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 19, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
