This case is calendared for trial at the Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court set to commence on January 23, 2023.

On October 27, 2022, petitioners filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Index No. 8) that did not include respondent's signature. On November 9, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Index No. 9) that included signatures from all parties.
