DIVORCE, § 68sufficiency of evidence as to extreme and repeated cruelty. Evidence in support of charge of extreme and repeated cruelty was sufficient to constitute grounds for divorce, and decree granting divorce on such grounds would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Madison county; the Hon. D. H. MUDGE, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1943.
