An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 25, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiffs having moved for leave to appeal from the aforesaid order, and to stay enforcement thereof, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks leave to appeal to this Court, is denied as unnecessary, the order being appealable as of right. The branch of the motion seeking to stay the enforcement of the order, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, is granted pursuant to the stipulation of the parties dated November 26, 2019.
