On May 20, 2022, respondent filed a motion for leave to file a reply to the Court's Order served April 22, 2022, and concurrently lodged the reply. Respondent states in the motion that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion for leave. On June 2, 2022, respondent filed a reply to the Court's Order served April 22, 2022.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the reply to the Court's Order served April 22, 2022, filed June 2, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and respondent's reply, lodged May 20, 2022, shall be filed as of the date of service of this Order.
