SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two dated September 23, 2020, September 25, 2020, respectively, and two entered August 17, 2020. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is

ORDERED that within 30 days after the date of this scheduling order, the appellant's assigned counsel shall file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation stating that the transcript has been received and indicating the date that it was received, or, if the transcript has not been received, an affidavit or affirmation stating that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 12, 2022, granting poor person relief and assigning counsel with respect to issues of custody has been served upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken, the date thereof, and the date by which the transcript is expected.
