Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the hearing scheduled to take place in Supreme Court is enjoined pending determination of the appeal. This motion is granted without prejudice to a motion to vacate the preliminary injunction in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before January 4, 2017.
