Bill to compel payment of liens on real estate and cross-bill for accounting as to interest under legacy. Cross-complainant appeals from dismissal of cross-bill for want of equity.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Henry county; the Hon. C.J. Searle, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1927.
