DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied, without costs, as unnecessary, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to February 23, 2015. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
