ORDER OF JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT


It appearing that Default was entered by the Clerk on January 10, 2003 against Premium Logistics, Inc. ("Premium"), that Premium has not moved to set aside such Default, that the requirements of 50 U.S.C. Appx § 520(1) have been met, and that Plaintiff has proven damages in the amount of $14,694.83, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the Motion for Default Judgment Against Premium Logistics, Inc. filed by Cumberland Casualty Surety Company be and hereby is GRANTED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED, that Judgment by Default be and hereby is entered against Premium Logistics, Inc. in the amount of $14,694.83.
