Pending in the above-docketed matter is petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed March 22, 2022. However, subsequently, on August 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and To Strike Tax Years 2015, 2017, 2018.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to proceed remotely, filed March 22, 2022, is held in abeyance pending the resolution of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
