ORDERED that so much of the above-referenced Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction that concerns a notice of deficiency issued to petitioners for tax year 2015 is vacated and set aside. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's answer is due not later than sixty days from the date of service of this Order.
