JEREMIAH CULLINANE, et. al, Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

These cases were on the Court's October 25, 2021 remote trial calendar for San Francisco, California. After trial, we urged the parties to keep trying to settle. They reported this summer that they had traded computations for a possible settlement, and had not reached an impasse. Respondent recently reported, however, that Mr. Cullinane seems now to be a fugitive from state charges of insurance and tax fraud. This would be a considerable obstacle to wrapping these cases up soon, so it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file a status report on or before December 22, 2022 with any new developments or information about Mr. Cullinane's whereabouts and proposed next steps.
