These cases were on the Court's October 25, 2021 remote trial calendar for San Francisco, California. After trial, we urged the parties to keep trying to settle. They recently reported that they've made good progress, ordered up computations for a possible settlement, and have still not reached an impasser. Because progress remains possible, it is

ORDERED that the Court will not yet set a posttrial briefing schedule, and the parties shall file a status report to describe their progress toward settlement on or before May 23, 2022.
