JEREMIAH CULLINANE, et. al, Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

These cases were on the Court's October 25, 2021 remote trial calendar for San Francisco, California. After trial, we urged the parties to keep trying to settle. On December 2, 2021 we had a brief phone call with them and learned that they haven't reached an agreement; but they haven't reached an impasse either. All agreed that with some additional time they may continue to make progress. It is therefore

ORDERED that the Court will not yet set a posttrial briefing schedule, and respondent shall file a status report to decscribe their progress toward settlement on or before January 19, 2022.
