Order as resettled denying motion to set aside service of summons and complaint as to appellant and to vacate warrant of attachment affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to appellant to answer within ten days from service of a copy of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
