Appeal from the 83 District Court of Pecos County, Texas (TC# P-3113-83-CR) ORDER
On August 11, 2015, the Court received and filed the supplemental reporter's record as requested in its order issued July 27, 2015. The appeal is reinstated. On that same day, the Court received and filed the Appellant's motion to withdraw Appellant's motion to declare defendant indigent for purposes of obtaining the reporter's record and affidavit of indigency. Therefore, the Appellant's motion to declare defendant indigent for purposes of obtaining the reporter's record is DENIED AS MOOT, and the motion to withdraw Appellant's motion to declare defendant indigent for purposes of obtaining the reporter's record is GRANTED.
Further the motion to dismiss filed by the Appellant on August 12, 2015 will be submitted to the Court, without appearance of counsel, on August 26, 2015.
