Appeal from the 83rd District Court of Pecos County, Texas (TC# P-3113-83-CR) ORDER
Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to declare him indigent and furnish him with a reporter's record without charge. We abate the appeal and direct the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether Appellant is financially unable to pay for all or a portion of the reporter's record. The hearing should be conducted no later than August 26, 2015. The trial court is authorized to enter any orders it determines to be necessary including an order providing Appellant with a free reporter's record on appeal. The trial court shall also enter written findings of fact and conclusions of law related to the indigency determination. The trial court's written findings and conclusions, along with any orders entered, shall be filed with the trial court clerk and included in a supplemental clerk's record. The supplemental clerk's record is due to be filed in this Court no later than September 10, 2015. Further, the court reporter shall prepare a record of the hearing and file a supplemental reporter's record no later than September 10, 2015.
