Appeals having been taken from three orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 27, 2019, July 25, 2019 and August 26, 2019, And respondent-appellant having moved, pro se, for an order granting a default judgment on his counterclaims, for an injunction enjoining further construction on the adjoining property and to abate all zoning violations. Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
