Defendants-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 8, 2018, and the judgment, same Court and Justice, entered on or about January 16, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered January 8, 2018 and the judgment entered January 16, 2018 to the September 2019 Term. The parties attention is directed to 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3].
