ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the cross appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and respondents-appellants are directed to file and serve a supplemental record on appeal on or before June 28, 2019, which shall contain the notice of cross appeal, and the time to file and serve the brief of respondents-appellants is extended to June 28, 2019.
