This case is currently set for trial at the Court's April 11, 2023, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. On December 28, 2022, petitioners filed several documents titled Exhibits (Docket entries 11-15). After a review of the documents, the Court will construe petitioners' Exhibits as petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits.

The Court encourages the parties to confer to consider whether these documents provide grounds for narrowing the dispute or settlement of the case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioners' Exhibits filed December 28, 2022, at docket entries #11, #12, #13, #14, and #15, shall be recharacterized as petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits.
