This collection due process case was calendared for trial on the Court's February 16, 2021, Albuquerque, New Mexico, trial session. By Order served November 19, 2020, we granted the parties' joint Motion for Continuance pending the resolution of a related tax refund case being litigated in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. In our Order we directed the parties to file, within 30 days of any resolution of the related case, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of this case. Review of the District Court's docket appears to show that the related case was dismissed on January 31, 2022.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before August 24, 2023, a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
