This case for a redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed January 11, 2023, and heard on March 27, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial in Denver, Colorado. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
