BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

C.S.'s petition for writ of prohibition is granted. Judge Joseph G. Foster is disqualified to proceed in this matter. Accordingly, a successor judge shall be immediately appointed pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215(b)(4).
