The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due June 7, 2024. On June 11, 2024, we notified court reporter David Laurel that the reporter's record was overdue and directed him to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this appeal, the reporter's record has not been filed.

Accordingly, we ORDER Mr. Laurel to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal on or before SEPTEMBER 23, 2024. We caution Mr. Laurel that should he fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
