JUDGMENT


By order dated September 26, 2003, the Court dismissed Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Dale Walker in his individual capacity, and by order of even date the Court granted Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated in the Court's previous orders, the following judgment is, therefore, entered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff, GERLENA CRUZ, take nothing as against Defendants, HOWARD COUNTY, TEXAS, and DALE WALKER, SHERIFF OF HOWARD COUNTY, TEXAS, in his individual and official capacities. Costs of court are taxed against Plaintiff.
