This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's Honolulu, Hawaii, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report stating that a basis for settlement has been reached, but that the parties will need additional time to finalize a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 11, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 23, 2022, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case. It is further
