This case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 20, 2023 Nashville, Tennessee, trial session. On January 12, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on March 20, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Settlement Stipulation (Index #8) and Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #9), both filed January 12, 2023, are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a corrected proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation or file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
